1. General Provisions
1.1 Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”), together with the Privacy Policy, Fee Schedule, Prohibited and Restricted Business Policy, product-specific agreements, orders, application forms, and other applicable rules published on the Fast Track Pathway website or platform, form a legally binding agreement between the customer and Fast Track Pathway.
In this Agreement, “Fast Track Pathway,” the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company” means the relevant service entity that operates the Fast Track Pathway platform and is identified in the customer’s application documents, product agreement, or account page.
“Customer,” “you,” or “Business” means any legal entity, partnership, sole proprietorship, other business organization, or person authorized by it that applies for, registers for, or uses the Fast Track Pathway services.
1.2 Acceptance of the Agreement
By creating an account, selecting “I have read and agree,” clicking “Accept and continue” or “Accept and submit application,” submitting an account application, using the Platform, or continuing to use any Fast Track Pathway service, the Customer confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
Any person accepting this Agreement on behalf of a Business represents and warrants that the person is at least eighteen years old and is fully authorized to submit applications, accept this Agreement, and operate the account on behalf of that Business.
1.3 Nature of the Services
Fast Track Pathway provides integrated payment and funds-management technology services to business customers. Depending on the Customer’s location, review outcome, and the availability of third-party service providers, the services may include:
- A business account and Platform dashboard;
- Multi-currency balances and funds management;
- Local or international virtual accounts;
- Fiat collections, payments, transfers, and settlement;
- Fiat currency conversion and stablecoin settlement;
- Stablecoin wallets, blockchain transfers, and related services;
- FTP Card business cards;
- Bill Payments;
- Beneficiary management, transaction records, reconciliation, and report exports;
- KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring; and
- Other services that the Platform may introduce and expressly make available from time to time.
Unless a product-specific agreement expressly states otherwise, Fast Track Pathway is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, credit institution, investment adviser, or securities broker. Platform balances are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and should not be understood to be covered by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme.

In this Agreement:
- Account means the Fast Track Pathway business account and any related product accounts that the Customer is authorized to use.

- Fees means Platform fees, network fees, bank fees, foreign-exchange spreads, and third-party charges payable by the Customer for use of the services.
- Business Day means a day on which the relevant Service Provider, clearing system, or bank normally processes business, excluding weekends and public holidays in the applicable jurisdiction.

3. Registration, Applications, and Business Review
3.1 Customer Eligibility
Fast Track Pathway is primarily intended for business customers using the services for lawful commercial purposes. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, individuals may not register for or use the services for personal, family, household, or consumer purposes.
The Customer must be validly existing in its jurisdiction of formation and possess all rights, licenses, authorizations, and capacity necessary to enter into this Agreement, apply for the services, and perform its related obligations.
3.2 Account Creation
When registering, the Customer must complete the steps required by the Platform, which may include:
- Entering a business email address and creating a password that meets the applicable security requirements;
- Verifying the email address using a link or verification code sent to the registered address;
- Providing basic Business and primary contact information;
- Designating an Account Administrator;
- Providing information about the Business, its directors, shareholders, ultimate beneficial owners, and authorized persons;
- Uploading the supporting documents required by the Platform;
- Reviewing and accepting this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies; and
- Submitting the business-account application for review.
An incomplete registration application may be saved as a draft. Creating login credentials, completing email verification, or accessing the application pages does not mean that the Customer has passed review or obtained any financial service.
3.3 Business Information
The Customer must provide information that is true, accurate, complete, current, and not misleading, as requested by the Platform, including:
- The legal name, trading name, company number, formation date, and country or region of formation;
- The registered address, principal place of business, website, contact information, and tax information;
- The entity type, industry, products and services, principal markets, and operating regions;
- Expected transaction values, transaction frequency, principal currencies, direction of funds, and intended use of the services;
- Source of funds, source of wealth, and sources of business revenue;
- Information about directors, senior officers, shareholders, controllers, and ultimate beneficial owners;
- Information about the Account Administrator and other Authorized Users;
- Relevant information about principal customers, suppliers, Payers, or Beneficiaries; and
- Any other information that we reasonably request for risk assessment, regulatory compliance, or Service Provider review.
3.4 Supporting Documents
We may require the Customer to provide certificates of incorporation, business registration certificates or business licenses, constitutional documents, certificates of good standing, registers of directors and shareholders, organization charts, ultimate beneficial ownership declarations, identity documents, proof of address, authorizations, bank statements, financial statements, contracts, invoices, shipping documents, website information, licenses, tax records, proof of source of funds, and other relevant materials.
The Customer must ensure that it is entitled to provide this information to us and has obtained every authorization or consent required from the individuals concerned.
3.5 Identity and Business Verification
The Customer authorizes us, directly or through Service Providers, to verify submitted information. Verification may include searches of public registries, commercial databases, credit or risk databases, sanctions lists, politically exposed person lists, adverse-media sources, and device or network information, as well as document verification, facial recognition, liveness detection, and other reasonable verification methods.
3.6 Application Status
A Customer application may be shown as Draft, Pending Submission, Under Review, Additional Information Required, Approved, Rejected, Suspended, or Closed.
If the status is “Additional Information Required,” the Customer must upload the requested documents or provide an explanation through the Platform within the stated period. The Customer and the compliance team may continue communicating within the relevant application or information page. To meet compliance, audit, and dispute-resolution requirements, the Platform may retain all materials, messages, replies, timestamps, and action records.
3.7 Approval and Rejection
We may, in our discretion, approve, delay, restrict, reject, or withdraw an application based on Applicable Law, internal risk policies, Service Provider requirements, Customer information, the nature of the Business, the service region, or other reasonable compliance considerations.
Completing registration or review does not guarantee access to a Virtual Account, any particular currency, a stablecoin Wallet, FTP Card, Bill Payments, or another product. Certain products, currencies, countries, and transactions may require a separate application, additional documents, or further review.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not required to disclose the specific internal basis for a decision made for compliance, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention, or Service Provider reasons.
3.8 Ongoing Review and Information Updates
The Customer must promptly update any information that changes, expires, becomes inaccurate, or becomes incomplete. We may conduct ongoing due diligence throughout the life of the Account and require the Customer to reverify identity, business status, ownership structure, business activities, source of funds, or a specific transaction.
If the Customer does not provide requested information within the required period, we may restrict functionality, suspend transactions, freeze the Account, reject payments, or terminate the services.
4. Account Management and Security
4.1 Account Administrators and Authorized Users
The Customer may designate one or more Account Administrators and invite other Authorized Users with the permission settings supported by the Platform. The Customer must ensure that every user is properly authorized and acts only within that user’s authority.
We may treat any action completed after validation of valid login credentials, a verification code, multi-factor authentication, or another security measure as authorized by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the actions of its Account Administrators and Authorized Users.
4.2 Security Responsibilities
The Customer must:
- Safeguard its email accounts, usernames, passwords, verification codes, devices, and other access credentials;
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when made available by the Platform;
- Never share individual login credentials or permit an unauthorized person to use the Account;
- Keep the registered email address, telephone number, and security devices available and up to date; and
- Notify us immediately upon discovering unusual login activity, compromised credentials, fraudulent transactions, or another security incident.
4.3 Forgotten Passwords and Account Recovery
The Customer may request a password reset through the “Forgot password” feature on the login page. The Platform will send a time-limited, single-use reset link to the verified email address. After opening the Fast Track Pathway password-reset page, the Customer must enter and confirm a new password that satisfies the Platform’s security rules.
We may require additional identity verification before resetting a password, recovering an Account, or changing material security information. To protect Account security, we may pause the relevant action or restrict Account access.
4.4 Unauthorized Activity
The Customer must review the Account, balances, notifications, and transaction records promptly and contact us immediately after discovering an error or unauthorized activity. Losses resulting from the Customer’s failure to protect login credentials, provide timely notice, or comply with security requirements will be handled according to Applicable Law and the circumstances of the matter.
5. Multi-Currency Balances and Virtual Accounts
5.1 Service Availability
After approval, the Customer may apply for one or more fiat-currency balances and Virtual Accounts then supported by the Platform. Available currencies, account details, local clearing methods, transaction limits, and usage restrictions are governed by the information displayed on the Platform and any applicable product agreement.
5.2 Nature of Virtual Accounts
A Virtual Account may be opened, held, or technically supported by a Service Provider and used to identify, receive, send, or reconcile the Customer’s commercial funds. Unless we or the Service Provider expressly confirms otherwise in writing, the Customer must not advertise or represent a Virtual Account as a traditional bank account opened directly by the Customer with the relevant bank.
The Customer must not contact, or bypass Fast Track Pathway to contact, a relevant bank or Service Provider about Platform services unless we have given prior written consent or Applicable Law requires otherwise.
5.3 Incoming Payments
The Customer may provide the payment details displayed on the Platform only to Payers with whom it has a genuine and lawful commercial relationship. The Customer must communicate the account name, account number, bank information, currency, Reference, and other payment requirements completely and accurately.
We may review any Incoming Payment and require the Customer to provide a contract, invoice, Payer information, source of funds, transaction purpose, or other supporting evidence. An Incoming Payment may be delayed, returned, frozen, or rejected because of incorrect information, a currency mismatch, an ineligible Payer, sanctions concerns, or other risk issues. Related bank or third-party charges may be deducted from the payment.
Any estimated receipt time shown on the Platform is for reference only. Actual receipt times depend on the sending bank, intermediary banks, clearing networks, holidays, compliance review, and other factors beyond our control.
5.4 Payments and Beneficiaries
Before submitting a Payment Instruction, the Customer must provide the Beneficiary’s complete and accurate name, address, bank or Wallet information, transaction purpose, and any other information required by the Platform. We may conduct identity, sanctions, fraud, and risk screening before approving a Beneficiary or payment.
Once a Payment Instruction enters processing, it may not be possible to recall, amend, or cancel it. The Customer must verify all information before confirmation. The Customer is responsible for any delay, return, loss, or third-party charge resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the Customer, unless Applicable Law provides otherwise.
5.5 Balances and Records
Platform balances and transaction statuses may remain subject to final confirmation by a bank, clearing network, blockchain, or other Service Provider. If Platform records differ from the Service Provider’s final records, we may make corrections based on verified source records and provide the Customer with a reasonable explanation.
6. Foreign Exchange, Stablecoins, and Blockchain Services
6.1 Foreign Exchange and Quotes
Exchange rates, quotes, Fees, and estimated receipt amounts displayed on the Platform may be time-sensitive. After the Customer confirms a transaction, the applicable exchange rate is the final rate confirmed by the Platform or the relevant Service Provider when the transaction is executed. An expired quote, market volatility, insufficient liquidity, or compliance review may prevent execution at the original quoted rate.
6.2 Stablecoin Services
Approved Customers may use stablecoins supported by the Platform for settlement or transfers. Available assets, blockchain networks, Wallet types, minimum amounts, limits, and service regions are those displayed by the Platform at the relevant time.
Stablecoins are not fiat currency. Their value, liquidity, redemption arrangements, issuer risk, and regulatory treatment may change. Before using stablecoins, the Customer should independently assess the business, accounting, tax, and legal implications.
6.3 Wallet Addresses and Blockchain Transfers
The Customer must verify the asset, network, Wallet address, tag, or Memo. Sending digital assets to an incorrect address, an incompatible network, a restricted address, or an address outside the Customer’s control may result in an irreversible loss.
Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after submission. Completion times depend on network congestion, required confirmations, network fees, Wallet providers, risk screening, and other factors. Any transaction hash, network confirmation, or status shown on the Platform reflects only the information available at that time.
6.4 Address Screening and Restrictions
We may conduct risk analysis on Wallet addresses, sources of funds, and on-chain transactions, and may reject, delay, freeze, or report a transaction associated with sanctions, theft, fraud, mixers, the dark web, terrorist financing, or another high-risk activity.
7. FTP Card
Eligible Customers may apply for FTP Card. Card issuance, use, funding, refunds, limits, available regions, supported currencies, authorizations, clearing, chargebacks, freezing, closure, and cardholder responsibilities are governed by the separate FTP Card terms, cardholder agreement, and issuer rules.
Any advertised cashback, including cashback of up to 1.5%, is subject to the then-current promotion rules, eligible transaction categories, settlement status, and applicable restrictions. Refunds, reversals, disputed transactions, cash-equivalent transactions, Fees, and excluded merchant categories may not earn cashback, and cashback already credited may be reversed.
8. Bill Payments
Eligible Customers may use Bill Payments to pay approved billers or Beneficiaries. The Customer must ensure that bill, Beneficiary, payment amount, due date, Reference, and other information is true and accurate.
Bill Payments processing times are estimates only. The Customer must allow sufficient time and is responsible for consequences of late payment caused by delayed submission, insufficient balance, rejection by the Beneficiary, bank return, or compliance review, except to the extent we are liable under Applicable Law.
9. Fees
9.1 Platform Fees
The Customer must pay the Fees published on the Platform, in a quote, in the Fee Schedule, or in a product agreement. Fees may include account-opening fees, account-maintenance fees, collection and payment fees, foreign-exchange charges, settlement fees, stablecoin or blockchain network fees, card fees, refund or investigation fees, and other applicable charges.
9.2 Third-Party Charges
The Payer’s bank, intermediary banks, the receiving bank, card networks, blockchain networks, liquidity providers, or other third parties may impose additional charges. As a result, the amount received by the Customer or Beneficiary may be less than the amount originally sent.
9.3 Deductions and Amounts Owed
The Customer authorizes us to deduct from its available balance any due Fees, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, negative balances, or other amounts payable by the Customer. If the balance is insufficient, the Customer must promptly cover the shortfall after notice. We may restrict relevant services until all amounts owed are paid.
9.4 Changes to Fees
We may change the Fees by giving advance notice as required by Applicable Law or this Agreement. The Customer’s continued use of the relevant services after the new Fees take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Fees.
10. Compliance, Risk Controls, and Prohibited Conduct
10.1 Compliance Obligations
The Customer may use the services only for genuine, lawful, and verifiable commercial activities and must comply with applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions, anti-bribery, foreign-exchange, tax, data-protection, consumer-protection, and other legal requirements.
10.2 Transaction Information
We may at any time require the Customer to explain the purpose of a transaction, the relationship between the Payer and Beneficiary, the source and ultimate use of funds, and to provide contracts, orders, invoices, logistics documents, bank statements, tax information, or other supporting evidence.
10.3 Prohibited Conduct
The Customer must not use the services, directly or indirectly, for:
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity;
- Intellectual-property infringement or the sale of counterfeit or unlawful goods;
- Unlicensed financial, payment, remittance, securities, investment, lending, digital-asset, or gambling activity;
- Unlawful adult content, human trafficking, weapons, drugs, or controlled goods;
- Multi-level marketing schemes, Ponzi schemes, fraudulent charities, scams, or misleading business models;
- Holding, receiving, transferring, or settling funds for an undisclosed third party;
- Manipulating, bypassing, or interfering with Platform limits, security measures, risk controls, or verification measures;
- Using a false identity, false documents, sham transactions, or concealing the actual controller; or
- Any other activity prohibited by Applicable Law, Service Provider rules, or the Prohibited and Restricted Business Policy.
Certain high-risk industries may use the services only with our prior written approval and after providing valid licenses.
10.4 Suspension, Rejection, and Freezing
We may reject, delay, restrict, reverse, or suspend a transaction or service and, where required by law or a Service Provider, freeze related funds if:
- Customer information is incomplete, expired, false, or cannot be verified;
- We reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions exposure, Account takeover, or another risk;
- A transaction exceeds an Account, currency, region, or product limit;
- The available balance is insufficient to cover the transaction and Fees;
- An instruction is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, unusual, or appears to have been made under duress;
- The Customer does not provide requested additional information;
- A court, law-enforcement agency, regulator, or Service Provider requires us to do so;
- Continuing to process the transaction may violate law, this Agreement, or third-party rules; or
- Maintenance, a security incident, system failure, or another reasonable operational circumstance requires it.
Where permitted by law, we will display or notify the Customer of the relevant status, but we may be unable to disclose specific information concerning regulatory reports, investigations, sanctions, or internal risk controls.
11. Third-Party Service Providers
The Customer acknowledges that we may rely on Service Providers for bank accounts, clearing, payments, foreign exchange, card issuance, Wallets, blockchain services, identity verification, communications, and other infrastructure.
Service availability, processing times, limits, and functionality may be affected by Service Provider rules. We may replace, add, or stop using any Service Provider and may adjust or discontinue affected services accordingly.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, use of Fast Track Pathway does not automatically create a direct contractual relationship between the Customer and a Service Provider. The Customer must not misuse a Service Provider’s name or claim endorsement, authorization, or direct account-opening eligibility from a Service Provider.
12. Account Restrictions, Closure, and Termination
12.1 Closure by the Customer
The Customer may request Account closure through the Platform process or customer support. Before closure, the Customer must complete pending transactions, pay all outstanding amounts, and provide the settlement account and supporting information we reasonably require.
12.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services if the Customer breaches this Agreement, fails an ongoing review, leaves the Account inactive for an extended period, provides false information, engages in prohibited activity, presents a security or compliance risk, fails to pay an outstanding amount, or if we, a regulator, or a Service Provider determines that continued service is inappropriate.
12.3 Treatment of Funds after Termination
After termination, we will handle the available balance in accordance with Applicable Law, Service Provider requirements, and pending transactions. If there is an investigation, refund, chargeback, dispute, regulatory requirement, sanctions issue, source-of-funds concern, or other reasonable risk, we may delay returning the affected funds for the period and to the extent permitted by law.
As a general rule, any refundable balance will be returned only to a verified bank account or other approved settlement account held in the Customer’s name, after deduction of applicable Fees, outstanding amounts, refunds, and third-party charges.
12.4 Continuing Effect
Terms relating to pending transactions, Fees, audit records, privacy, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after Account closure or termination of this Agreement.
13. Data, Records, and Privacy
We process information relating to the Customer, its directors, shareholders, ultimate beneficial owners, Authorized Users, Payers, Beneficiaries, and transaction-related individuals in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
To provide the services, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, process transactions, provide customer support, improve products, or protect legitimate interests, we may collect, use, retain, and analyze relevant information and disclose it, where necessary, to Service Providers, professional advisers, affiliates, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or courts.
The Customer acknowledges that relevant information may be processed across borders because of the location of Service Providers, transaction routes, or technical infrastructure. The Privacy Policy describes the applicable processing, retention periods, and individual rights.
The Platform may retain login, device, application, information-submission, message, approval, transaction, and administrator-action logs for security, compliance, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes.
14. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Fast Track Pathway platform, brand, trademarks, logos, page designs, graphics, text, software, APIs, databases, source code, and related technology belong to us or the relevant rights holder.
The Customer may use the services only as permitted by this Agreement and must not copy, rent, resell, modify, reverse engineer, bypass security measures, scrape non-public data, or use our brand or intellectual property without authorization.
15. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
We will take reasonable measures to maintain the security and availability of the services, but we do not guarantee that the Platform, banking networks, blockchain networks, third-party systems, or every function will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, arising from:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the Customer;
- Unauthorized use of the Customer’s Account or device;
- An act or failure of a bank, clearing network, blockchain, card network, or other third party;
- Changes in market prices, exchange rates, stablecoin values, or network Fees;
- Compliance review, regulatory requirements, sanctions, or a lawful freeze; or
- Force majeure or another event beyond our reasonable control.
Any exclusion or cap on liability applies only to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. A limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Customer Indemnification
To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Customer must indemnify us, our affiliates, and Service Providers against losses, liabilities, penalties, investigation costs, and reasonable professional fees resulting from the Customer’s, an Account Administrator’s, or an Authorized User’s breach of this Agreement, Applicable Law, third-party rights, or product rules; provision of false or infringing information; misuse of the services; or claims relating to the Customer’s goods, services, or underlying commercial transactions.
17. Tax and Underlying Transactions
The Customer is independently responsible for all tax filings, licenses, customs requirements, foreign-exchange obligations, and other legal obligations relating to its Business, funds, transactions, and use of the services, and should obtain its own professional advice.
Fast Track Pathway is not a party to an underlying transaction between the Customer and a Payer, Beneficiary, supplier, or consumer, and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, refund, legality, or contractual performance of the Customer’s goods or services.
18. Notices, Customer Support, and Complaints
We may send service, transaction, security, compliance, or Agreement-change notices through the registered email address, in-Platform notifications, login prompts, SMS, or another reasonable channel. The Customer must keep its notification details accurate and review notices promptly.
The Customer may contact customer support or submit a complaint through the customer-support channel within the Fast Track Pathway platform.
A complaint should include the Customer’s name, user ID, relevant transaction reference, a description of the issue, and supporting materials. We will acknowledge, investigate, and respond to the complaint in accordance with applicable complaint-handling rules.
19. Changes to this Agreement
We may amend this Agreement in response to legal, regulatory, Service Provider, product, risk, or operational changes. We will provide notice of material changes through the Platform, email, or another reasonable channel as required by Applicable Law, and will state the effective date.
The Customer’s continued use of the relevant services after amended terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. If the Customer does not agree, it may stop using the relevant services and request Account closure before the new terms take effect, but it must still complete any outstanding obligations.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1 Assignment
The Customer may not assign this Agreement, the Account, or any related right or obligation without our prior written consent. Where permitted by Applicable Law and subject to any required notice, we may assign this Agreement or related rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, or qualified service-operating entity.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified, to the extent permitted by law, so that it is valid and most closely reflects its original commercial purpose.
20.3 No Waiver
A party’s failure to exercise a right immediately does not waive that right. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of any later breach of the same or another provision.
20.4 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the policies and product agreements incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the relevant services. If these General Terms and Conditions conflict with a product-specific agreement, the product-specific agreement controls for that product.
20.5 Language
This Agreement may be made available in multiple languages. If different language versions are inconsistent, the version expressly identified in the Customer’s application documents, product agreement, or Account page will control, unless Applicable Law requires otherwise.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements for this Agreement are those formally specified in the Customer’s application documents, product-specific agreement, or Account page.
The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Fast Track Pathway services through a written complaint and good-faith discussions. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be handled in accordance with the court, arbitration institution, location, and procedures specified in the applicable documents.
