1. General Information
Using Fast Track Pathway services involves risks associated with bank payments, cross-border transfers, foreign exchange, stablecoins, blockchain networks, and third-party service providers.
Before using the services, you should evaluate your own business needs, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
2. Virtual Account Risks
A virtual account consists of unique payment details used to identify, receive, and reconcile payments. It is not necessarily equivalent to a traditional bank account opened in your name.
Virtual accounts may be provided by partner financial institutions, and their available currencies, regions, payment networks, and functionality may change at any time.
Using account details incorrectly, receiving unapproved third-party payments, or failing to provide the correct payment reference may result in funds being delayed, returned, or frozen pending review.
3. Stablecoin Risks
Stablecoins are designed to maintain a relatively stable value against a reference asset, but their value is not guaranteed absolutely.
Risks may include:
- Price depegging risk
- Issuer or reserve-asset risk
- Liquidity and redemption risk
- Blockchain network and smart-contract risk
- Risk from changes in regulatory policy
- Wallet or private-key security risk
Fast Track Pathway does not guarantee that any stablecoin will always maintain a fixed value or be convertible at any time.
4. Transaction and Network Risks
Bank, payment network, or blockchain transactions may experience:
- Processing delays
- Network congestion
- System outages
- Transaction failures
- Duplicate or incorrect submissions
- Returns by intermediary banks
- Suspension of third-party services
Once confirmed, blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. Users must verify the wallet address, asset type, and blockchain network before submitting a transaction.
5. Exchange-Rate and Fee Risks
Prices may change between the time a quote is provided and the time a transaction is completed. The final amount you receive may be affected by exchange rates, liquidity, bank fees, payment network fees, and blockchain fees.
Unless expressly identified as a fixed quote, an estimated amount displayed on the platform does not guarantee the final execution amount.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Risks
We may monitor accounts and transactions on an ongoing basis and request additional information when necessary.
Transactions may be delayed, restricted, rejected, or reported because of identity and business verification (KYC/KYB), sanctions screening, AML controls, and transaction monitoring, as well as source-of-funds checks, transaction-purpose reviews, or regulatory requirements.
Laws in different countries and regions may change, and some services may consequently be discontinued or restricted.
7. Third-Party Risks
Some services depend on partner banks, payment institutions, card issuers, liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and other third parties.
Third parties may experience operational interruptions, compliance restrictions, clearing delays, financial difficulties, or service termination. Fast Track Pathway cannot guarantee that every third-party service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Not Investment Advice
Information provided by Fast Track Pathway is for general service and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
We do not promise any investment return, appreciation in the value of a stablecoin, or particular financial result.
